Jamshedpur to Dhaka

One night, way past midnight, while walking back home from office, I saw a large convey of "ting-a-tang-a's" driving down towards the No. 4 Bridge. It so happened that a half dozen of them stopped by the side and I happened to ask them if all these CNG Bus chassis were for Kolkata? Surprise! Surprise! They were heading out to Dhaka en-route Kolkata from Jamshedpur TATA Truck Factory. Just with a blanket wrapped around each of them, the drivers were going to make the midnight run into Bangladesh. Brave Lot.

Well the "Ting-a-tang-a" is something my bro, sis n me used to refer to these Bus chassis way back in the 80's because of the peculiar "ting-tang" sound they used to make while driving in large convoys.
