Turn-off from the Bombay Highway towards Digha Highway at Kolaghat.

Passing over the Railway Bridge at Kolaghat watching an Indian Railways Train passing below.

A Truss and Girder Bridge going over a Canal just after the railway line crossed the road.

The beautiful scenic road ahead.

Stopped by the side to climb up a bund beside the road to see what lay on the other side.

On top of the bund, hair being tossed in the wind, as I surveyed the wetlands with boats planted in the silty mud waiting for the high tide to take them back out to sea.

Our Maruti Swift parked on the road-side beside the bund with the tree behind it. Made for a pretty picture.
